Dosage and direction

To prevent sea or air sickness take Dramamine at least 30 minutes before the planned trip. Adults and adolescents under 14 years of age should take 50-100 mg, children between 2-6 years of age should take 25-50 mg, and children between 7-14 years should take 50 mg dose of Dramamine.
